“Reimagine Public Space“
LGC worked with the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) to create the brand identity and design, collateral, awareness and documentation for Cherry Street Pier (CSP), the former Municipal Pier 9’s repurpose into a multi-faceted public space.
Scope
LGC designed and developed the brand identity for CSP which included a logo system, color palette, fonts, design elements, copywriting, and provided a comprehensive style guide. LGC worked with DRWC to create the narrative and establish the language and the assets including web and digital.
Video shorts are being filmed to populate Cherry Street Pier’s new social media platforms and will be included within the documentation of the Piers transformation. The long form video is slated upon completion of the project in late 2018 to serve as a resource for equitable best practices in development of public spaces. Upon opening, the Pier will offer studio space, a garden, performance space, a marketplace, and restaurants to be a remarkable resource and public space for all to enjoy.
